Right now I did a really quick search and only found a recipe for Taco Del Mar fish tacos and white sauce. There are a ton of good guacamole recipes out there. I usually just wing it when I make guacamole.

Right now I found one that sounds good!

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded
½ tsp.ground cumin
1 ripe, medium Roma tomato, seeded, diced
½ cupminced sweet white onion
2 serrano chilies, seeded and minced
½ cupcilantro leaves, chopped
4 Tbsp.fresh lime juice
Hot pepper sauce
Sea salt, to taste
White pepper, to taste

I might leave the chile part out since I'm not a big fan of those.... I've never made guacamole dip before

What do you guys think of this for a base of what to put in it?

Right now I might omit the cumin and add some garlic.

I usually just use avocado, onion, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, salt and pepper. I like to leave the avocado a little bit chunky.
