Right now, as I was approaching work, returning from lunch, a male community member whipped out his...member and urinated on the sidewalk, right in front of our agency.

Right now I thought that was a big city thing too. We do have a fairly visible homeless population despite being in a town of less than 20k.

Right now, I’m guessing shareall has a similar issue as what’s here on Hawai’i, where there’s enough space, nature, distance, and services to let a minimally resourceful mentally ill person remain pathologically homeless.
