My ing buds and I have always said wouldn't it be great if these buoys were actually maned (women'd) with a little luncheonette..I mean they are so scary..you are in the middle of no where 40 miles offshore no land on the horizon and all of a sudden one of these scary mofos pops up out of nowhere! ..sure would take the scary edge off if you could enjoy a respite there..nothing fancy some club sandwiches and maybe a happy ending!
