Brig. Gen Robert Crear from the Army Corp of Eng's is telling us about the levee breaching on CNN.

He's explaining that the levees aren't actually 'breaching', they're 'overtopping'. Further all this is happening just as they were being able to 'unwater' that area of NO.

WTF! What's wrong with words (you know... english ones) like "Overflow" and "drain".
