Default A Road Rage'd SUV Almost

I was driving my husband to the airport on Monday afternoon. We were on hwy 509 and a bunch of cars merged onto the freeway just before the airport exit, I moved one lane over to let them merge and then my plan was to move back to the exit lane. So I put on my blinker and this asswipe in a BIG white SUV would not let me merge. So I squeezed in front of him and he sped up and almost rammed me. Chris's advise was to slam on the breaks and make the bastard pay - but I didn't. So then he pulles around me really fast and pulls in front of me and slams on his breaks. I'm thinking WTF? as I slam on my breaks. Then he pulls away just before the exit and continues on down the freeway. I'm yelling and flipping him off, it was very upsetting and too close of a call. I would have reported the er but I didn't get his license #.

Maybe he has issues with little cars? I hope he doesn't kill anyone!

I'm thinking about this cause I'm headed back to the airport in a few minutes.

Isn't Washington no-fault? I don't see why someone would put themselves at risk like that just because they perceived that they got cut off?

It's not no fault here. Even if it was there is always the civil suit route.

Maybe he thought I cut him off but most people let others merge into a exit lane

Wierd? In fact I'm sure we are not- no fault - cause I've really been into the washington law stuff since my accidents (not my fault) and law suit (I started)
