Hello, all! To those of you that have publicly or privately wished us well, I say thank you. We were both taken by surprise by all of this and how quickly things have happened. We are very happy to have met each other and are making the most of our good fortune and appreciate your well wishing.

To those that may publicly or privately have ill tidings towards us, we would appreciate you staying out of this and keeping those opinions to yourself. Life is too short to worry about anything else except trying to be happy. In the end this is an internet forum, not life or death. If anything you should want for us to be happy. Yet I know of a minority out there that may have a problem with this. Our heart does the choosing for us and determines who we like and when. It does not pay attention to the constraints of time, place, or distance. A heart pays no mind to those who may wish to interfere without knowing what it is between the two people involved that makes their connection special. I for one will not let anyone, anywhere, get in the way of my happiness. I wish you all your own happiness, and hope that you do the same for us.

Mitch and Lesley,

Finding someone to fill that space in our lives is always an interesting process and you never know when or where you'll find someone.

Congratulations and enjoy and I'll see ya both at the Con!
