Just the general stresses of work really .... got far too much on my desk, got far too many trips to do, and got far too little motivation to get any of it done .... which is why I am whoring while I should be working !!!!!
(I am actually writing a report at the moment, but have taken about 3 times as long as it should have done cause I can't be bothered with it, and I am fed up with things ....
)
Oh well, I am sure I will get over it in the end

man, that really sucks. finding the motivation is always the hardest, especially when you know exactly what to do and how to do it, and that you can do it in half the time required...
that's why i procrastinate...
