I'm with mike on this one...sometimes you do lead....you are the one who initiates contact (usually with several girls)....The Wingman becomes the in. And your friend slides in comfortably (no pun intended ) Then at some point you back down and let them take the lead

 

Well, I just all around suck... I'm not even much of a wingman. I'm more like the guy in the control tower.
