That roadway looks like our Alaskan way viaduct, whick was damaged in the earthquake several years ago. Of course it hasn't been replaced yet, carries 100,000 cars a day.
When it collapses on its' own we can get federal funding because of public sympathy. Perhaps it will happen on a ball game day.

Is it really going to matter? I mean, they could replace the Alaska Way viaduct, but people in Puyallup are still going to drive like shit on Meridian Ave.
