I enjoyed it. Frankly the motivation I had for watching this movie had nothing to do with the plot and more to do with the fact that because of the graphics, it was something I wanted to see on the big screen. Also, I forgot how much I love Chewie.

Star Wars was always fairly hokey.


Also, that's one of those things that Star Wars always glossed over... arrive at a new planet, and know exactly where to go? How did Luke find Yoda?

I thought it was funny that George Lucas, after selling his franchise for $4B, and selling countless re-releases, toys, hundreds of Expanded-Universe books and comics, TV shows, costumes, more toys, and more re-releases...




... complains that the new one was too commercial.

saw it again & think I enjoyed it more this time - the lil kid in the cape running back n forth in front of me also maybe 15 people vs packed on Christmas

caught some stuff I had missed

still tuff seeing Hans & Leia old butt again can relate
