I did try to let you know... faced two problems.

1) PB ended up calling arriving at 10:15 and having to leave before noon when I had expected him for a late lunch.
2) He called the evening before to let me know he was coming and I couldn't log on to PM you... that was when the server was fecked.

 

Was he here for business or on vacation?

 

Vacation. He went to HS in Springfield OH and was back to visit.

I had a great time but unfortunatly ran out of time, due to transport problems and delays, and didn't get the chance to meet up with as many people as I would have liked.

It was great to meet up with Martin and John and I'm making plans to move back to Springfield on a work Visa.

Because of so many travel delays and problems I couldn't meet up with some of the others that I had hoped to see.

I am flying American Airlines at Christmas ..... that will be my first experience of them so fingers crossed they aren't too bad !!!!

I was going to fly ANZ to NZ at Christmas, but a) couldn't get the fligts confirmed and b) found out that they wanted more than double what Cathay Pacific (via HK) or Singapore Air (Via Sing) wanted !!!!
