I'm working with a seagull right now...
10 months, I've been on this project, never had a problem. Then they decided I should work on something else (that's fine actually, I've been wanting to do other stuff), and sent these two guys to come help out. A couple of weeks after they started, our development environment starting seeing problems.
One of them is OK. He's here to help long term, and he may not be able to help out with anything too difficult, but he should be able to help with the simple stuff.
The other, is just here short term. Thinks the world of himself (unjustifiably so), and hasn't done a single productive thing yet, and is already trying to to change the way we do things.
