I appreciate your words and thoughts. I am meeting with an internist at the end of the month to have an exam to figure out what’s wrong with me. I do know that’s it’s not cancer, diabetes, alcoholism, etc because I’ve been checked for all that. I haven’t changed my diet very much at all (mostly regular meals and then 1-2 days of vegan/vegetarian meals). I’ve literally cut out all sodas/ Red Bulls to maybe 1 day a week. And when I say soda / Red Bulls, it’s one can a day.
I buy a bag of either Jelly Belly jelly beans or Swedish Fish once a week and that’s pretty much the only ‘treat’ I give myself a week.

Not having an explanation is the worst because then you can’t do anything about it. There’s a big connection between digestive stuff and stress/anxiety so I hope they aren’t ignoring that possible influence. (And not that you need to share any info about that - obviously!)

Doyle’ s first wife, Louise, died in 1906
of tuberculosis. Doyle, who was never a murder suspect in her death, married his mistress the following year. Elementary, my dear Jean!
