For just one scene in the film ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’, more than 500 apes and monkeys had to be temporarily removed from the jungle set location before shooting could begin.

For just one scene? I would think this would be a reoccurring thing, so crap!

Crap
Monkeys didn’t have to be removed, but coconuts had to be removed from the palm trees to prevent the actors from being hit on the head by falling coconuts.
Over 773 palms had to be harvested before shooting could begin. The result was - no headshots.

It is believed that the baguette was created by Napoleon III when he ordered a bread loaf that would fit comfortably into his soldiers’ trousers or boots.

It was not Eli Whitney who invented the cotton gin in the 200s; it was Cathrina Littlefield.
