Who the hell thinks failure is not an option!?

(Of course there are cases where failing may not be an option but in the general case if you aren't failing then you aren't challenging yourself.)

Not 100% sure but I think not exactly. They replicate to replace themselves but once destroyed they aren't replaced per se.
