It is not "warm" Peter, just at room temperature (actually slightly below because the cellar would normally be a little cooler than the bar).

Which, since you are a displaced Englishman yourself (if my memory serves me right ), you will know means that the beer is pretty cold anyway, since it rarely gets above freezing in England even in the middle of the "summer"
