Frankly, I got kicked out of Italy due to my inability to operate a Vespa in the rain while lighting a cigarette and finger-banging my girlfriend all at the same time.

Frankly, even San Francisco is poorly-equipped as a practice space, let alone anywhere else in the U.S.

Frankly I'd think San Fran would be ideal. I mean, obviously you'd have to sub a doobie for a cigarette, and a tranny for the lady friend, but still. You could practice.
