My friend had to indulge some random people coming over to look at the place he's living in for the winter because they *might* buy the place. They've already looked at the place multiple times, but they needed to come with a total of SIX people and talk about whose bedroom would be whose, etc. Some people's children.

Initially he was told that it would be the couple and their daughter coming to take photos. And then the army showed up...and didn't take a single photo.

We went to look at an open house on Sunday and this one family brought 3 car loads worth of people to look at the open house at the same time. Husband and wife and 2 or 3 kids in one car, brother or sister and their 2 plus kids in car #2, and grandparents in car #3. Kids were running all over the house using the bathrooms, jumping on furniture, etc. No manners and made the experience painful. It did let us see that you could very clearly hear people walking on the hardwood floors upstairs when you were downstairs. I thought the real estate agent handled it quite well but probably needed a drink or 2 at the end of the day.
