Well there's this one machine where you kinda stand and your tummy is resting on that thingy
Great explanation eh and then you push up that bar with your knee or lower leg part. This is not a good excercise for you tho with your knee Actually all of them include the knee

Well I can tell you this: Everytime I see a white girl, I'm already capable of tellin ya the nationality. But the American ones are usually OVERALL big Today I had two Chinese girls in front of me. Actually they looked more like Chinese skeletons
