I hate bofa...They have so much red tape. If you want a question answered you have to call 5 different numbers.
They have the worst customer service....with the damn beep in the back ground cause they record almost everything that goes on.

Me: Can I get a copy of check #3427 from company ABC was proccesed as $170.00 instead of $17000.00. And I need it fixed.
Bofa: Yes, but I have to charge you for getting this copy.
Me: why? It was BOFA's mistake that caused this error.
Bofa: Your company has be asking for to many copies of checks.
Me: Maybe if you guys did miss type the check amounts, I wouldn't need copies.
Bofa: oh, I will look into it.

Bofa: Sorry the error was our fault and will be fixed, but next time we will have to charge you for a check copy.
