Hey Chaz - I know that 3 red stars and for sure a gold star easily trump 1 red star 
What I'm getting at is that people that only have one red star pretty much have to honor and obediently serve (suck up to) those of us with gold or multiple red stars. I won't mention any names but think that she can probably figure this out and start showing a little more R-E-S-P-E-C-T
