I don't consider most of those a major bother though, rather, just nature and deal with it. I could even see some of those things as reason for laugh between a couple

I will say I see your side, and I see mine. I don't see us coming to the same conclusion though (ie. one better than the other)

as far as non-impact carbs? non-impact carbs are carbohydrates that your body cannot or has a dificult time metabolizing which is ideal for weight loss or muscle mass increase. Fruits and vegtables are good, as long as they are not starchy (potatoes) Carbohydrates are the primary cause of fat increase, diabetes, and many other health hazards and conditions. They is even a thoery that they are addictive. Have you ever had the craving for chips, bread, popcorn that would not go away. Some people have developed habbits around carbohydrates, everynight at 10PM they sit down with a bag of Doritos and a can of Coke and if they don't get it, they become restless, agitated, manic. Much like smoking.
