Running...ok is debatable. Actually, the oil level stayed normal for the trip to Portland and the oil pressure remains strong. The only small problem is that I think the idle might be set a little low or some other similar problem because she comes close to stalling out when she comes down to idle after running hard for a while.

Either way, she should be fine for a brief track day on Saturday...

Have a blast, Brant!

We had a spec Miata running with us on the track this weekend. He was doing great!

The last lapping day I went to there was a Spec Miata in progress on the track. That little sucker was LOUD! I think he was being cautious, too, because I kept lapping him...

I think my front brake rotors are about thrashed. Should make it through this weekend without a problem, but they should probably be replaced in the near future...

What happened to the rotors, Brant? Did you run down the pads too far? Or, are they just dying from overuse?

I run my track pads on the street as well as the track, so the rotors have taken quite a bit of abuse. The good news is that the rotors are cheaper than the pads I run, so I went ahead and ordered some new rotors and should have them next week.
