i'm feeling sad cuz i just paid my seat deposit to reserve a spot at GGU Law School for this fall.. and i'm still waiting to hear back from other schools.. *crossfingers*

I'm telling Mikey not to worry about it. The house WILL sell and you and Debs and the fetus will get settled again, but you have to try to not get worked up, because that hampers your ability to take effective action.

 

i'm thinking you should try taking it off the market till the summer.. i've seen my mom do that with clients.. sales peak in the summer and you'll prolly get a better price for it too
