I'm itching to install an Eclipse HU but am hesitating because of all the other things that need to go with it.

I'm admitting that in choosing between the Alpine and the Eclipse, I'm choosing Eclipse because it matches the interior of car better IMHO.

I'm saying that from everything I have read Alpine delivers some of the absolute cleanest sound. But I've also read great things about Eclipse

$200 for a headunit that plays mp3's, has ai-net, ipod compatible, xm ready, wma player, 50x4 and etc seems realy cheap to me, their prices have went down.
