I have been avoiding askin you this butt gonna did you consider staging the house? I realize that may be dificult with it occupied butt certainly could help increase not only interest but prolly $$$ as well

IF you could have seen Charlie's place before I dug in you'd realize what I mean we certainly ended up getting more $$ and did NOT do any re-model shtuff.

I'm saying the house is FINALLY at a place where it CAN be staged. Robyn has the bulk of her stuff out of the house and the rest is small stuff (boxes) that are mostly consolidated. This week is cleaning and a few other things. Staging is next. However, the house looks so much better simply empty than it did full (from a sales perspective).
