I'm saying it's hard to find a good one.... It's crazy to think that in a couple weeks it will be a year since my accident, and I'm still having issues with my back

In terms of accident recovery, I screwed up my back, shoulder and neck 5 years ago and I'm still healing. It's a long process...

I'm saying I've always been lucky. If you find yourself in the Seattle area and in need of one, I know one of the best. She works out of her place out in the sticks just south of Snohomish, but she has done massage therapy for the US Olympic dive trials before and you KNOW they take it seriously.

I'm always happy to help.
Yeah...5 years and counting. I royally screwed myself up and I haven't been very diligent in doing what I needed to do to let myself heal. Sleeping on floors and couches for the last year or so hasn't helped. It's only annoying when my left arm goes numb or my back/hip hurts so much I can't stand or walk...but that's all...
