I'm telling Dan that I live close enough to the train station that I walk to and from the station every day rather than drive. No worries about a DUI. Now public intoxication could be another issue but since I know some of the police officers in my town they would most likely just give me a ride home. Of course blackmail pictures would be taken at some point in the process.
