I ordered a piece of Art Work when I up-dated my 12 year old laundry-room & it took forever 
butt glad I didn't cancel cuz I rEAlly like it 
will watch for the bike in I just bought

I'm saying that depending on the phone, if it was a ringtone she downloaded it may have been stored on the micro SD card....if she doesn't have an SD card in the phone than she may be SOL.
