I'm noting that flood control seems to be set at 30 seconds.

 

I'm saying I took it on Monday, the Apple geek at first didn't notice a problem with the trackpad but it eventually stopped working, so they decided to replace the trackpad. I picked it up Tuesday about 4pm, so it was less than 24hrs to get it repaired.
