I'm having an off day... I totally broke down and cried at the freaking chiropractors office today. It was bad.

I'm saying that's the problem! They're TOO nice!! My Dad passed away a few months ago and I just kept being reminded of him yesterday, and then my way too sweet chiropractor asked he how I was doing since his passing and I just crumbled I felt soooo bad! I guess it's all normal behavior, at least that's what people tell me

I'm noting you shouldn't feel bad. Everyone is completely entitled to grieve in their own ways. It's still fresh and there will be lots of times when you just don't feel in control of your emotions and that's okay. In the last month I've cried in restaurants when two loved ones (who both recently became widows) shared their memory books with me. Impossible not to cry!

I'm saying thank you It is such a weird and unknown feeling for me, it's just tough to process at times. I am sorry to hear about your losses Memory books are total tear machines, but they are so nice to look at
