I'm also noting an Evo IX fails both of those tests, on top of being a gas guzzler and likely to get me in jail.

I'm with Unkie and HipMom. Never imagined I'd consider owning a Jeep, but after spending lots of time off road/on the beach it makes sense.

I'm noting that the Jeep Wrangler (the only cool Jeep) has a meager tow rating and is a worthless vehicle other than for off roading. The SRT8 Grand Cherokee is badass and can tow 7000+ lbs, but it's $65k. Land Cruiser is even more.
