I'm noting that I forgot my on-file credit card is no longer valid, and in the process of correcting it, not only did the process get messed up, but the site logged me out.

 

I'm also not surprised that the fare I was in the process of buying mysteriously disappeared because of their "error"

 

I'm wishing the price difference wasn't as big as it was so I could fly on an airline that merely gouged their customers, rather than actively shitting down their throats.

 

I'm entering in my personal info for the 8th time today, despite having it all saved on their shitty website.

I'm noting that I have no problems *finding* the fare I want; in AA's case it's just a matter of getting the website to sell it to you and not crash middle process. Alaska and Delta both are almost flawless in this regard.

I'm also noting that you are always better off buying tickets directly from the operator. You'll have much better results in the case of weather or maintenance issues, or if you miss a flight.
