I'm wondering wtf the point is of electronic boarding passes is 9 times out of 10 something goes wrong and I need a printed one anyway. Maybe it's just the airline, but...

I'm saying this happens with most airlines I fly on. They always end up printing up a receipt style boarding pass because of one reason or the other

I'm noting that my in-app success with Alaska is close to 100%, Delta probably about 90%, American < 25%, and Air Canada 0%

I'm saying that I usually try to upgrade my seat when I get to the airport so I quit using electronic boarding passes.

I'm also noting that when I tried to print the boarding pass from the email it was a blank page that just said "boarding pass" on top.
