I’m adding that she came in yesterday, had Customer Service page me, I went up front and she walked up to me and gave me a hug and said ‘Merry Christmas’.

I loved that.

I’m stating that my streak of not hearing the absolute worst holiday song ever ‘Feliz Navidad’ by Jose Feliciano continued thru 2023.

I’m saying thank you. It’s a little frustrating because I need multiple record checks and there’s a hiccup with the final check but I’m waiting to hear about what that hiccup is exactly.
