Another thing that is bothering me is that the duplex is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, and there are 3 adults and a 10 year old living there

I'm pretty sure it's not at all helpful to receive a grant reporting form several months after the money was granted. How can I report certain information if you don't tell me what information to collect?
