I'm guessing the odds of me being at my desk when they call are close to 0, even though I rarely am not at my desk.

I'm assuming that the majority of CA DMV's techs are Spanish-only.

I'm grateful to the fine state of CA for holding up my license since I had an incomplete commercial driver's license application, even after specifically stating I didn't want a CDL.
