I'm not pleased with the owner of the VERY LOUD barking dog that he kept in the lobby of the vet causing Zoey to be traumatised to the point of not getting to have her appointment

I'm thinking that really sucks. One of my neighbours has a new puppy and they leave for work at least an hour before I wake up. Guess who no longer keeps her loft windows open because it's whining incessantly? It also seems like 2 other neighbour dogs have the need to bark at anything that moves.

I'm also unimpressed with neighbours who think they don't need to keep their dogs tied up. Just because you're out in the country doesn't mean you don't have to look after your dog.

I'm glad the dog was on a strong leash it was very aggressive & I did NOT feel comfortable in the same room with it

& yeah neglected dogs suck! I had that situation in our previous home. Had to report them for the poor dogs sake
