I'm saying it could be a matter of resources regardless of anticipation.

although, I don't know enough about it to say, just something to consider from a big picture perspective.

I'm saying this is all just my opinion, but I'm not impressed with the lack of resource planning that they employ. They have far more hardware/resources than the stability (or lack thereof) of this site would make you believe...
