I'm noting that we got our profit sharing today. Normally this is a positive thing, but within this company, it's a 
ing joke. The payout is done systematically so that 10% of the people get 99% of the pie, 40% get the remaining 1%, and the other 50% get squat. The 10% had a meeting yesterday and were told not to tell their employees about the payout before they got it because of how big the disparity it is. Then, Friday, we have a meeting where they will dangle the profit sharing carrot as motivation to work harder towards our goals. What a ing joke!
