I'm swamped with paperwork

 

I'm waiting for a cab to take me to the train to take me to work...I dont like not having my car

I'm about to take a walk to the city hall to buy a city sticker for my car. In addition to the $79 I have to pay the Illinois government to own a car, I have to pay the city people $75 Ah well, such is life in the city...
