I'm telling you it's really no issue w/ the owner coming by. They never have any complaints and they live out of state so I can understand them wanting to see their property from time to time...

I'm hoping mortgage rates don't climb up too high as I'm hoping to buy a small house or condo in the $100k - $125k range in the next year or two so I don't have to deal with landlords.
