I'm telling Mocky it is just today's workplace. With all the bullshit HR rules of hiring . ... this is what you get.

When I was totally chewing some ass last week, for a major mistake, one of the guys that works for me says "why can't you be nicer?"

my reply . . . . . "I'll act nicer when you all start acting smarter . . OK?"

 

i'm now on a pilot that wants me to document my work during the day and how the people that report to me interact with me on a daily basis.

so.. 1st thing on my log (starting next Tuesday will be)

1pm... take a big long shit in the crapper
1:15pm wipe ass
1:20pm ..etc..



this is ing nuts...

 

I'm telling Mocky that HR needs to do stuff from time to time to justify their existence.

 

i'm letting people know that this is actually my manager that's doing this as a pilot...and he suggested using me. my two other colleagues are exempt from this program.

 

I'm sending mocky a PM since he doesnt answer his phone
