I'm very sad my mom just called from the Shiva house of the parents of her niece that died last week ....26 years old is way too young to pass 
I feel bad I had to run the store and was unable to pay my respects

i'm about to throw our legal secretary out the window 
i kindly ask her to update a trial calendar for one of our cases.. which is her job. all the calendaring is her job. she turns to me and says: "well i'm not gonna get around to it for a while. i'm not the only one who can do dates you know. you can update it too." well guess what biatch it's not my job, it's yours! i have motions to draft, demand packs to write, among a million other things and cases to handle! i just turned and walked out of her office while she was talking to me.
