What's the holdup? Pouring a pad should be easy and the electric for the hot tub is just a 220V feed to it's own circuit, isn't it?

I'm saying its a rental...were not pouring concrete...its a plastic "spa" pad and I am getting the run-around on shipping...it was supposed to ship already yes, it needs its own 50AMP breaker but the electrician (my friend) just cancelled for coming out tonight!

I'm telling you I knew it was a rental which is why I was surprised about the hot-tub in the first place. Wasn't sure if the owner was letting you pour a pad or what. When's the tub due? How 'bout the pad? The electrical shouldn't hold anything up, because you can just wait to fill the tub until the electrical is done...
