I'm chuckling at the drunk dial message I got from Billy tonight. Unfortunately, I was out at a movie with the parentals, so I wasn't able to take the call...

 

I'm home from a meeting and I have a sinus/earache nothing a little codine won't fix.

now I gotta load tons of boxes out of the basement and into my truck for a recycle/dump run tomorrow. I gotta get them out tonite cause I'm spiffing up the house. an appraiser is coming tomorrow to price our house for a new low interest line of credit at 3.75% - I'll save 1% and it's a FREE loan

 

I'm saying nothing is free...

 

I'm sure that the folks at the bank are hoping I'll spend the line and pay interest.

But it's free as opposed to a traditional mortgage where you pay set up fees and appraisial fees and on and on - the bank eats the cost on a LOC

 

I'm going to sleep but not as early as I had wanted.
