There's a bunch of school districts around here that saw a significant drop in their test results from last year to this year... so they face a loss of funding because they had a single class of students who are stupid. Great strategy - reward those who are already successul, punish those that aren't... Oh, duh, that's everything that W stands for.

 

I'm going to ing leave the ing corner (not that anyone would give a ) if the s are not able to keep the ing politics out of the corner.

(NOT picking on you WSB, just in general)
