I'm saying I'm not familiar with Poux De Montageaux. I'll have to check it out. You should try Fromage de Clarines. Very runny brie like that comes in a small wooden container and spreads like butter.

I'm saying I'm not home yet and probably butchered the spelling on that one We are not really cheese snobs..but we needed a housewarming gift for a good friend so while Debs was at the cheese shop buying for them it was a mine as well to get some for us
