Being that the Dragon was my first meet/group drive and I'd only had the car on the road for a month, I felt pressured to go faster, but didn't. The Berlina behind me had clearly driven the road before and was kind enough to back off so he could go through corners at his own pace.

I'm back from selecting/ordering my tuxedo. All black, white shirt, black tie/vest (regular tie, not a bow tie).

 

I'm saying not putting my baby into the ditch was more important than trying to impress a few friends and a bunch of strangers.

I'm trying not to be pessimistic, but it appears the golf course double booked and we're having a 'shotgun' start. From what I know, there have been a few screwups...Ah well, I still get the afternoon off work tomorrow!

 

I'm hoping Cheryl has a good time tomorrow...Remember, there is no such thing as a bad shot in golf as long as the ball ends up in front of you.
