I'm wondering why so many FS threads started by guests aren't being locked/deleted by a certain CO.

I'm willing to be CO for the sole purpose of locking/deleting such threads and not actually organizing shit.

I'm talking about the Southern Ontario forum. How can I be CO of an area I don't technically live in?
